Hello,

My name is De’Ara Lawrence,  I'm a Registered Nurse. I’ve been a nurse for three years and have worked in a variety of healthcare settings. As a new Nursing graduate of 2020 I graduated at a critical time when our nation’s Healthcare system was being attacked with the challenges of Covid-19. I’ve had the amazing opportunity of working and developing strong educational and clinical experiences locally from The Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. During such a crucial time in Healthcare I was allowed the opportunity to travel across the United States working as a Registered Nurse. While working as a new graduate I gained experience of working under pressure, maintaining control, and providing quality care.

However, as a Frontline worker, I experienced the stress caused by the unknown from Covid-19, the burnouts due to the shortages of healthcare workers in both acute and long-term care settings. Due to the difficulties, I have experienced first I decided to start my own company Quality Care Nursing Assistant Program, Which will provide a quick start for a healthcare career. For those interested can jump start their career just as I did as a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA). Allowing the opportunity to earn a living, with flexible work hours and the ability to continue education within the Healthcare system.
